Our research showed that decisions for where to have a baby or have a hip replaced are influenced as much by psychology and emotion as in any other category. It is a purchase decision determined partly by professional recommendations but also largely by the strength of the health care provider’s brand.
Our task was to create a brand that people connected with and give St John of God a competitive edge in the pivotal Maternity, Orthopaedic and care at home sectorssectors.
